The tech called 45 minutes in advance to let me know when he’d be here. He was right on time. Took enough time to check everything. Didn’t track dirt into the house. And explained everything to me at the end. Did a great job. I look forward to seeing him in the Spring.

This company is great to work with. We purchased the warranty with the unit we bought from them 5 years ago and they took care of us like we were just buying from them the first time.
Ask for Marty, he is the best. He is worth waiting for. He will explain everything to you and is great at his job. He really knows how to take care of the customer and he says that is the way his boss is too. It seems that this company wants to take care of their customers the best they can. I was sent out a newer tech before Marty who was nice, but not as seasoned as Marty to know how to go above and beyond for a customer. It would be great if more of the newer techs had more time to spend with someone like Marty.
