I’ve stopped in here on occasion to pick up the random filter or proper tool for auto repair and this store always has great customer service. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the place is a little on the grimy side but it as after all a auto parts store so I wouldn’t expect it to be clean as a whistle. Prices are also great here as well so if you need to get a $ 10 bulb for your cars headlight and can turn a wrench I’d most certainly recommend this as a option over paying your car dealership $ 80 for the work.

Great service and customer service always!!! They have more coupons available now too so another benefit. If they dont have it, they’ll get it within same day or by next business day.

Great place to pick up some supplies, a light or to get your battery tested. They will test your battery for no charge. Also avery helpful in looking up info on your car and model. Thanks Fredrick for the help!

This particular store can get pretty crowded sometimes. The phones are constantly ringing, and a good amount of people come in and out. I think they could use some more staff members there.
On the plus side, these friendly guys are pretty knowledgeable with automotive technology. They are very helpful whenever I need to decide between different brands for a certain part, or if I need help finding a part in particular. Whenever I need parts from a different store (happens frequently with my 20+ year old car), they never fail to get me the right parts on time.
One time, they were really busy and I had to wait for 30 minutes or so. I didn’t mind, since I was reading a book until they were done with the other customers. I had to wait because my part was somewhere in the back of the store, while the other customers were just buying things off the shelves. One of the guys eventually came back to me and apologized, even though it wasn’t his fault at all. Due to the long wait, he gave me a generous discount on my part! The wait was totally worth it. Great customer service!

For my job, I am a home-​visiting social worker. I drive around all day for my appointments, so if my car doesn’t work, neither do I. In the middle of my day yesterday, I stopped for some lunch and when I went back out to my car, the battery was totally dead. After a visit from AAA to get my car jump started, I immediately drove to Advance Auto Parts to get a new battery. My car is a bit older and they had plenty of batteries in stock. The service was helpful and friendly.
A tip – there was an online sale, so I bought the battery online and chose the option to pick-​up at the store location. As soon as the order went through (within minutes), they were able to install my battery.
Today, I was back to work as usual and driving around all over the place again.
