My landlord uses this company. They scheduled an appointment, for which I had to take time off work. The contractor did not show up. When I complained, they said they were waiting for me to call and schedule an appointment. I showed my landlord my call log on my phone to prove we had talked and scheduled the appointment and I was called a liar. A second appointment was scheduled, the contractor did not show up, my landlord’s company is now using a different heating and cooling repair company.

My heat went out during the coldest two day stretch of the Winter so far. I placed a call to Absolute Air and left a message at around 10PM. The next morning I got a call back, and they were right out to my house to fix my issue.
In my two experiences with Absolute Air, they have been very prompt in providing great service at a very reasonable cost. If you live in the Triangle area and are in need of Heating/​Cooling service, I highly recommend these guys.
