Units are nice, but 10 days notice is misleading, particularly if you’re kind enough to sign up for autopay. Better to pay month-to-month so you aren’t charged a full month for the 1st day. Very dissatisfied with billing policies. Gave notice and willing to pay prorated amount for 10 days; was still charged for the first month because my card had already been billed and managers were unwilling to issue credit. Would not pick this unit again as a result.
