Super great inspector. Guy was named John Trinchell. Did a very thorough inspection of the house after getting there at least 15 minutes early (as I was). Took about two hours for him to inspect everything, write up a 32-​page report on the condition of everything, and for him to explain everything to me and ask if I had any questions. $ 250, which I find is pretty average. Most are actually around $ 300. Good inspection, awesome little bound report printed right on site, everything. I would definitely recommend.
