Chicken Delight of Rahway

Chicken delight is the best thing ever but I do not finish the chicken. Their portions are way to large. Chicken fingers and fries are great. I would also suggest corn nuggets. Get extra fries too! Order in advance, go pick up. Don’t skip on their salads either!

I called in an order of snow crab legs for one person ($ 18 w/​tax) and it was ready in 20 minutes. We came home and the food was still hot and tasty. It came with 3 – 4 meaty snow crab claws, fried potatoes, two small pieces of corn, and melted butter for dipping. I shared it and it was enough for both of us. I would definitely go back! I didn’t give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. 1) the crab legs were a bit over seasoned and salty (but edible) and 2) the location smells like a deep fryer when you walk in — though I was only there for 5 minutes I walked out smelling like fried chicken. They have 2 – 3 tables to eat there, but I can’t imagine ever doing that because of the poor ventilation.

WORST CHICKEN OF MY LIFE! It had clearly been cooked and left sitting in oil for a long time because it was soggy and greasy. Don’t do it!

Went there today in the mood for Buffalo Chicken… So I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Tacos… After the first bite I was hooked. Never had so much flavor in one bite before… Definitely will be Goin there like 3 times a week… Especially since now I know they can deliver to my job.

The chicken is excellent! The stuffing was ok, but the little rolls they give you are awesome as well! Go for the chicken and leave a happy!!!

Made to order so I waited 25 minutes for the dinner for 2 before I picked it up. You get 8 pieces of chicken, 2 rolls, mashed potatoes, and slaw for $ 17. The chickrn is lightly seasoned but I wouldn’t want anymore seasoning since the chicken is fresh. Id give it a 5 if it was a bit less expensive.

This was the most disgusting chicken I’ve ever had in my life. You walk in the door and there’s this young girl sitting there, looking bored out of her mind. I asked her a few questions about the menu and received quick short, uninterested answers. She told me that the chicken would be ready in 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later, we received our order. The chicken has no seasoning to it AT ALL. It tasted as if he dipped it in plain flour and dumped in grease. The coating was of a funny consistency also, having little dots all over it that looked like perhaps there was water on it when it was dipped. I never heard raving reviews about any Chicken Delight, but on this night I happened to be in the area on business and thought I would give it try. Never again.
