I have been here a handful of times and their food was pretty good, it’s a nice place to go in and just have a drink but as far as I know they have closed down at this point.

I ate breakfast at Café 24 and was very impressed with the food and service. This restaurant recently changed owners. I ate at the previously named«Bar 24» last year and it was over priced, the service was mediocre, and the menu was weak. With the new management comes an affordable and creative menu with options for everyone. For breakfast I had baked oatmeal with fresh fruit, delicious bacon, and exceptional coffee, and my bill came to $ 10. My friend ordered the chocolate crepes with a side of sausage – the crepes were fluffy, the chocolate was gourmet quality and the sausage was the best I’ve ever had – the size of a Bratwurst with just as much flavor, grilled to perfection. The lunch and dinner menu seems very good – huge unique salads and made-to-order sandwiches with plenty of bread, meat, and veggie options. This is one of the few restaurants that seems to have good vegetarian options including veggie chili nachos, sandwiches, salads, and most things on the breakfast menu. There are two rooms in the interior – a large, open, and pleasant café with lots of light and a pastry counter, and a separate bar that seems like a more upscale and cozy alternative to the loud sports bars typical of Radford night life. The staff are friendly and attentive and I genuinely hope that this restaurant will succeed and flourish. Great place for dates, family meals, or lunch with friends.
