If I could give no stars I wouldn’t have rated them so high. If you like rotted meat, hair in your food and a nonexistent server this is the place to go.

Applebee’s service absolutely sucks. The waiter/customer ratio is about 2⁄1 and service is still horrible. Have been sitting for about 20 mins and they just asked what drink i wanted. When it came to ordering, for some reason our waitress decided to skip us and went to the next 2 tables. Also theres a table behind ours that has leftovers from the customers that just left that have been sitting on the table for a good 10 – 15 mins. Going to edit to when i get my food.

I think I came to the wrong place for a meal. I was by myself so I sat at the bar. First I received a glass of water that still had some type of flavor on the rim from a mixed drink so it wasn’t clean. Ordered the steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Got two scoops of ice cold potatoes and some pathetic looking broccoli. Steak was ok. Sent it back and they returned with some lukewarm potatoes. Don’t come with high expectations.

Look I know it’s Applebee’s but still, when I order a steak, I don’t expect it to come out with fat and gristle all around it. It’s too easy to see that And cut it off before you cook it. Mashed potatoes came out regular instead of the way I cooked them topped off. Didn’t charge me but still if you don’t write down the customers order then how do you expect to get it right. Write it down, repeat it back and review at POS machine to get it right the first time. Got to say DAMN on the mixed drinks though. Hella strong

I am a Soldier stationed at Ft Knox. I called to make a car side to go order, I asked what they had on their Veterans Day menu and was told they didn’t have a menu in front of them and they were too busy to check. Normally would not be an issue, but I was on duty and needed something close so I could pick up dinner and shoot back to duty. This franchise is fraught with mismanagement and poor service.

My husband asked me to give this restaurant a zero. He found out that that was not an option, he said a negative 1, so a 1 is what I gave them. We used to love Applebee’s. We used to go there in order to get a decent meal and friendly service. This time was different. My husband said, «I feel tricked.» My husband ordered the triple bacon burger well done with no red in it and fries. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with bacon. His burger arrived bleeding, and my salad showed up, but with not enough contents to fill the bowl. I complained to the server, she took his burger back. We waited 25 minutes for another burger. Our bill was not discounted, and no one came to check on us or see how our experience was. The table behind us had a party of 8 people. They complained that their meal was messed up as well. Their steaks were not cooked correctly, and their drinks were wrong. They however, were lucky enough to have a manager visit their table, apologize, try to make things right, and they even took $ 30.00 off their bill. None of that happened at our table. Someone at least could have showed a little concern. We were not offered refills, and when I asked for another entrée, we were told that only half the grill was working that night, and the items we were interested in could not be cooked. This is pretty much my husband’s review. He gave them one star, which he wants to be negative, I would’ve given them two. I think for the amount we paid(salads aren’t cheap these days), I should’ve had a more substantial salad, and he should’ve had warm food. I forgot to say that his burger came back out with cold fries.

@Applebees The service here stinks. The service over the past few months has declined. From the customer service to the quality of the food. Even when the place isn’t busy it will still take on average 5 – 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge you, about another 5 before you can get your drinks, and if you had an appetizer it probably take 20 minutes to get it from the time you ordered it. The last time I went the Spinach Artichoke Dip I ordered came out burnt black… and the waitress still put it on my table. I don’t even know how it even left the kitchen like that. My food did not arrive until approximately 45 minutes after I ordered it, and the place wasn’t busy. My wife also tried to order a few drinks, and the bartender either didn’t know how to make it, or the bar claimed they didn’t have the ingredients. These drinks were common drinks. When my food came out, my wife’s pasta was hard and chewy, very disappointing. I definitely am scratching this place off my list of places to eat.

Food is not comparable to the price. Cheese sauce for pretzels was more flour than cheese. The fish was grease and the cole slaw was good but serving so small only about three bites and it was gone. Waitress was good but didn’t think I was going to be seated waited at hostess station quite awhile. Oh they don’t offer a ribeye steak how stupid best most flavorful tender cut next to a filet and it’s not on the menu.

Not sure what’s going on since the new management, but the service is horrible. We had to wait five minutes before anyone acknowledged that we were waiting to be seated. After we finally got seated no one came to take our drink order. The place was not packed in fact there were more empty booths and tables than there were people. One waiter was playing with a child of a family that was leaving, another was removing cups from a table, one was wiping down a table. They all saw us sitting there but no one said we will be right with you or asked had we been helped. After 10 minutes of waiting for someone to at least come take out drink orders we decided to leave. very bad experience

Food was good and I would say the professionalism of the host or hostess was not as professional as he should of been(Lance) the entire time, from when we arrived until we left he had a toothpick in his mouth, while he greeted people and sat them. Just may need some retraining for the good of the restaurant. He also asked us for kids menus and my wife said no thank you and he gave them to us anyway. Did I mention the appetizer plates were dirty when they arrived our table.

This was the worst service I have ever had. The host had an attitude, probably because he was having to bus tables since the servers did not appear to have that on their radar. Our server was indifferent, even went so far as to question my wife’s choice of salad dressing(vinegar and oil). Then we got our salads, still did not have flatware. When we got flatware it was dirty. When I asked for a clean set it was as if I was asking for our meal to be comped. When our food finally arrived the server had failed to clear the salad plates out of the way and stood there like she wanted us to clear the table. The food was good, actually quite good, except for my wife’s plate of Shrimp Fettuccine included whole kernel corn and other different types of pasta, and it was not hot, probably because our server let it sit on the counter too long. My steak was under cooked(I wanted it medium, it came medium rare), had it not been that I had not eaten yet today I would have sent it back. I now understand how a restaurant just outside the gate of a military installation on a Saturday night of a pay day weekend was not full to the gills. I will think twice before I go there again.

I’ve been to this particular restaurant twice in the last 2 months. The first time was amazing service and decent food. My 6 yr old(very picky) son ordered the kids sliders. He took one bite and did not like them. Not the restaurants fault at all. But when the server came by and asked how everything way, I made a mention of it. He asked if there was anything he could get instead(at no charge to us) and my son said he didnt want anything. Then the server let and came back with the manager and the manager asked if there was anything else he would want and when my son said no he said he would take it off the check. No issues. I thought that was so sweet. Completely not their fault and they made up for it 150%! The second time I went with girlfriends and the food was great. The server was decent until she gave us the checks. Then she was gone.(We had a question about the final check and never got to ask it.)
