After moving here in 2005, I always wondered why there were so many car washes? Then came the dirt roads, masses of bugs and of course just the day to day driving through rural America. This is the local self serve place, which accommodates the«wash it your-selfer» or the drive through varietal. In my younger days, the DIY version always proved to be the cheapest, but I guessed I’ve slowed down or maybe more accurately, have become more lazy. Nowadays, I opt for the drive through. Three choices, I choose the middle one, it doesn’t always get the bugs off the windshield, but I realize the reality of that… This place is usually pretty busy an i try to hit it up when there is only one car ahead of me. I’ve never had any trouble with the equipment, the vending machines or change machines. As with most DIY places, the vacuums are powerful(75 cents) and the main reason I use this place. Try to avoid the weekends when every Harry McCajun is there to hose mud from ATVs or his boat, it gets pretty muddy and best to just keep driving by…
