Horrible!!! I went there to try to switch from another company BUT the sales man looked lazy telling me that that could take about an hour to do and that it was almost time to close (I got there about 45 minutes before closing time) and to come back the next day. I just couldn’t believe it. I was like «really»? After I gave him all my information he asked me to bring 3 forms of ID so I didn’t know what else to bring besides my ssn card and my driver license. Oh and the other guy was almost falling asleep by the door, was very uncomfortable moment no wonder why that place looks empty mostly of the time.

First time I use this at&t store and defiantly the last time. HORRIBLE service!!! A sales person is supposed to try and sell something to you, and I felt like they didn’t want to sell me anything at all. I went in to get an upgrade on Friday and they didn’t have the color I wanted. I was told if I paid for it that day it would be shipped to my house on Monday. Had a family member wait at my house all day for it to come in while I was at work. Only to come home disappointed IT NEVER CAME IN!!!
