This store has reasonable prices yet this review has more to do with ladies room issues that are keeping me from going back anytime soon! The complaint is that not only is there no soap in the ladies room, the whole soap dispenser is gone from the wall which makes me wonder how the female employees wash their hands after doing their business in there! It also means that the cashiers are handling my food and other items with unwashed hands which is unsanitary as well as a health code violation. This is not the first time that there has been a soap issue, the last one being months ago when the whole soap dispenser was off the wall yet lying on its side on a ledge of the wall with no soap at all in it! Gross is an understatement about this problem and I urge female shoppers to first make a trip to the ladies room to make sure soap is available. I use my own hand sanitizer when there but have as yet to see if any is near the counter for employees to also use even though this is a poor substitute for the real thing!

If I had any other choices I would go to a different photo lab, the tech has a high and mighty attitude about what can and can’t be done in «his» lab while I was doing pictures for almost a decade. Oh don’t print to many, oh the machine doesn’t do what I said it could do, oh I’m sorry even though your using the machine to print almost 3000 pictures you can’t plug your phone in to make your 2 hours go by quicker. Kudos to the management of the Walgreens in North Quincy. They keep the store neat, stocked and clean at all times of the day. They keep their employees busy, and focused on providing customer service. You know how some Walgreens just seem, well, dirty and disorganized, not this one, for sure. Everytime I go in, employees are busy and also acknowledge the customers. They do a great job hiring good, friendly people who have pride in the store. The pharmacy staff is also exceptional – polite, courteous and patient.

Customer service was fine. I needed several Neti Pots. Yeh, I know. Who needs several? Story for another time. Anyway, the Walgreen’s brand is the balls. Who knew store-​branded was best? And, buy 1, get 1 at ½ price. I’m a very happy camper!

I have to agree with Davin’s review about this store feeling so dark and small. But, there’s something so depressing when I enter any Walgreens. Maybe it’s the fact that they really haven’t updated their stores, even for a brand new location. They all look the same.
That doesn’t really stop me from coming here. I sometimes find some great deals on my everyday hair and beauty products. If it wasn’t for Walgreens not taking Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance anymore. I would still have my prescriptions here.

I had my prescriptions sent here instead of CVS in wollaston because they would take forever. This Walgreens has the WORST pharmacy I’ve been too. They screwed up the number of refills I had left and when I tried to refill it (over the phone) they never called me to tell me they couldn’t refill it. When I went to pick it up they claim they called my doctor and my doctor refused my refill but my doctors office had no documentation that they called and they also said they wouldn’t have denied my new refills for birth control pills. Needless to say they r too lazy to pick up the phone and tell me to call my doctor or for them to call the doctor. Something that CVS always does. The only reason why I still go there is because I can take my daughter for a walk to pick up my prescription but now that winter is coming maybe CVS will get my buisness again.

Not sure what to make of this Walgreens. It’s decent sized, clean, and pretty well stocked. That would make it a great store, right? It should but… it doesn’t seem to draw any customers. Could it be that the ceiling and lighting are high causing the store to look dark? I’ll still drop by but I hope there will be more customers or North Quincy may end up with another open lot.

This store a small and cheaply put together. The floors are squeaky. The store is dark and depressing. And their inventory is terrible.
Twice I have come here just to find out they were out if what I was looking for (CASCADE) or didn’t carry what I wanted. TERRIBLE

I have been to Walgreens several time since it opened a few months ago. It is very clean and organized and the merchandise is organized in a way that is very user-​fruiendly. I go there to take advantage of the deals they offer on beuty products as well as general merchandise.
Each time I have bean in, the employees are friendly and helpful. The overall layout of the store is quite good, given that it is a bit smaller than other Walgreens I have been in. It is right off of the Red Line North Quincy T stop. Good location and overall great store!

Not quite as big as the CVS in Wolly; but it serves its purpose as a neighborhood drugstore. It’s always good to stir up some competition!
when it first opened, they had a coupon which was why I shopped there. I can tell you tho, it’s not easy getting out the parking lot on the Hancock St end since this is a pretty busy intersection.
