This is the place! The pizza is awesome. The bartenders are not only beautiful, but talented and attentive!

If you like screamingly loud, obnoxious biker dives where the beer tastes like warmed over vomit, and you like pushing past a half-dozen smokers clustered on the sidewalk just to get in, this is your kind of place. But hey, it takes all kinds. Just to be on the safe side, though, don’t frequent the parking lot too long after dark: it’s a haven for drug deals. Word is that the owner is a relative of a cop, so blind eyes have been the watchword for a decade. The camera trained in back is just for show. Not the least of the place’s sins is having driven out the excellent Washington Street Deli next door, the owner telling me that he and his wife had as much as they could stomach from drunk Sons of Anarchy-wannabes puking on the sidewalk in front of their place. Sure, the pizza’s decent and there are plenty of screens turned to sports channels, but if I want a game, a pizza, a beer and good company, I’m going to get a case of booze that doesn’t taste like the back end of a donkey, I’m going to order pizza from a great place, I’ll turn on the game, and invite my buddies to drop in on my living room. It sure smells a lot better, and no one’s asking me if I want to buy any crack.

Well, I have to be honest. Being pregnant, this wasn’t my first choice. Hanging out at a bar doesn’t really appeal to me anymore: o\ However, my husband and I really wanted pizza before we went to see a movie and he had heard rumours around the firehouse that Rag’s has amazing bar pizza. Bar pizza that rivals Lynwood and Cape Cod. Both of us originally hailing from the South Shore we were skepital but w e’re happy to say we found our new favorite local pizza! Sure, it’s a townie bar but I would gladly run in for a quick pie or take one home. I’m happy to finally find a great bar pizza close to home that is(yes, I’m going to say it) just as good as the South Shore.

We went on a Sunday to watch some football and to our surprise they were cooking up some free BBQ. I must say the BBQ kicked ass, being from KC I was very impressed. Our bartenders name was Pam and she was awesome. Unfortunately I have to give this place 3 stars. The beer lines need cleaned DESPERATELY. I had a bud out of the tap and almost puked. Unfortunately they also don’t have Sunday Ticket to watch all the games. They do have Red Zone which is pretty great since that is what we all want to see anyway. With the BBQ, great service, nice people and decent TVs i hate to give it a 3 but the tap beer was beyond terrible. Being a bar that is #1.

We used to love the pizza here but the last few times we got it it was dry and drab. The end crust is virtually inedible. I think we’re done. Where else in the area can you get decent pizza?

Dive bar with lots of locals, but the bar style pizza was pretty good. I personally like here better than the Lynnwood in Randolph. Pizza crust was crispy and semi thin. We shared 3 pizza for 4 ppl(2 guys and 2 girls) I tried the place out due to a coworkers recommendation and I would definitely go back. One of the best pizzas in Quincy.

This is the best bar in Quincy. Ya they have their regulars, but they welcome new visitors with open arms. The pizza is truly the BEST pizza in Quincy. The beer is always cold. The mixed drinks are made to perfection. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Saturday nights a DJ spins the best music. Tiny dance floor but it doesn’t matter. People were dancing all over. Don’t miss this place. You can’t go wrong

My boyfriend lives in Quincy and Friday night is our«pizza night.» We usually try a new place every week. I thought we had exhausted all of our options as I was perusing Unilocal last night on my way home, but then I spotted Alumni and Rags. I tried calling Alumni probably 5 or 6 times but no one picked up and it went to voicemail. So, I called Rag’s and ordered 2 pizzas– cheese and ½ cheese half pepperoni. I wasn’t expecting much. We have tried Fowler House and Granite Rail for other local pub pizzas and although those were good, they weren’t particularly amazing. Well, Rag’s was! I seriously think it may have been the best pizza I have ever had. I grew up in Walpole and frequented Town Spa and Red Wing as local favorite pizza places, but this pizza last night was better. Blew Town Spa away. De-Lish-ous! Chewy flavorful thinner crust, perfect amount of sauce which had a nice rich flavor, and cheese melted enough to give, but not leave you with enormous strings of cheese hanging from your face. I would say it was very similar to the Red Wing(old school Red Wing– haven’t been there since it changed hands). Only $ 14 for two pizzas, you can’t beat it! I ate my whole pizza in about 4 – 6 minutes. So good. I will be back next Friday: o)

We have driven by this place forever but never went in before. We guessed walking in there would be three propped up cadavers on the stools, and that would be it, but no, there was quite a crowd in there. It is also bigger than we thought. Big time«regulars» sort of place. I would say that we were the only non regulars there. Certainly not trying to go upscale like Cagney’s, that is for sure. The music was a little too loud. The dog chewing his bone was different. Chicago Honkers on draft.

Great Pizza and popcorn. Kind of dive-y, not a huge beer selection, not even draught guiness, but its a good place in Quincy Point.
