Went in for wisdom tooth removal, after having a really scary consultation elsewhere. The doctor was upfront and honest. I was awake the whole time. No pain. I felt like I could of went to work the next day. Minor swelling thats to be expected. Only needed pain medication for two days. Healing went well. :)

They weren’t upfront about not accepting my dental insurance. They repeatedly evaded questions about it and said that they would put the consultation on my health insurance, which makes no sense, because under my dental insurance my office visits are free. Then they sent me an estimate of how much my wisdom teeth extraction would cost: over a thousand dollars.
Uhhh, yeahhhhh, like I’m honestly going to pay that much money out of pocket when I have GOOD dental coverage that’s accepted elsewhere. Pass.
Shady, shady place. I’m annoyed I had to pay the co-​pay for my useless consult.
