DON’T DO IT!!! I cannot believe these people are in business. I purchased a Groupon and thought I was getting a deal. I got a disaster. They are SO unprofessional and stuck in the dark ages (instead of googling directions to the photo shoot or using a GPS they asked for turn by turn directions; they use the old green screen computers with the printer paper with all the little holes down the side) but worst of all, you cannot look at your pictures online. They make you go to the studio and sit with them while they click the button (the woman took 35 minutes to locate my pictures and then could not figure out how to show them to me in anything other than thumb nail size). They are SO unorganized. After the painful process of selecting a photo (and paying an exorbitant amount of money for a single print) I was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. After 4 weeks I called– no pictures and told to wait for a call because they were behind. After 6 weeks I called again and they were there. (I wouldn’t be surprised if they were delivered by the Pony Express.) When I arrived to pick up my photos I waited a half hour for the guy to find them. Then I got home and realized I had an incomplete order. I just want to be done dealing with these people!!!

Terribly unprofessional!. The photos weren’t according to the specifications I gave them. They said yes while taking my money and when I called later to pick up they said photos were misplaced and finally when they did deliver 10 days later they said they couldn’t do it like I needed. They were overpriced too. Avoid.
