Mass Eye and Ear Associates

I have seen Dr. Peter Friedensohn twice at this office for nose issues and both times I have been very impressed by him.
Visit one was in 2005 where I was referred to his office to take care of chronic nosebleeds. The office is convenient, located off the highway and close to Quincy Center and East Braintree. There is plenty of parking and soon the location will be even more accessible as the city is putting in a direct highway ramp to the Crown Colony business park to be completed in the next year.
My wait time was very short for a mid-​morning and the Dr. F. saw me quickly. My visit was not too complex and I was out of there within a half-​hour after a painless cautery and recovered very quickly with no further problems. His aftercare instructions were thorough and I felt confident in his treatment.
My second visit was May 7^th for a morning appointment to discuss chronic sinus headaches/​sinusitis. Again, the wait was short and Dr. F. was genial and friendly. He took an interest in my occupation and we chatted a bit as he went over symptoms, which definitely made me feel he was a good listener and engaged in the visit.
His facility is equipped with a very nice video scope which allowed him to look inside my nose in the office and he made sure to point out the anatomy of everything we were seeing on the video screen. Very cool, and I love that he made sure I was aware of his thoughts as he was seeing the structures. His followup recommendations were clear and made sure to give me time frame for a revisit. His staff was friendly as well, which is always a plus.
He’s really a great doctor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an otolaryngologist.
