Hancock Electric Motor Service

Hancock may be a little pricy, but the always have the right part. Thanks for all your help guys.

I brought a motor to Hancock to be rebuilt, and a second one about a week later… When I picked up the first one and reinstalled, two days later it leaked. I brought it back to Hancock and he «rebuilt» the entire pump again. Then proceeded to try and charge me $ 1300.00 again, when I complained, he said he would take off $ 900.00 because he didn’t know that he had just worked on it (even though it was stated face to face with one of his employees) and instead of making a phone call to ask, he was greedy. Instead of being a stand up business man, and honoring his comapnies warrantee, he charged my card $ 400.00. I dont like dishonest people, and I dont appreciate being taken advantage of. I will continue to let as many people as possible know what a THIEF this guy is. Not taking responsibility for your own screw up is beyond horrifying to me.
