H & R Apartment Rentals

If I had the opportunity to give this man «0» stars, I would. The realtor Bob was the absolute worst realtor I’ve ever met or dealt with. He was completely rude, and not to mention, it took about a month for him to even get back to my boyfriend and me who were very interested in one of the apartments available on
. The fact that this guy ever even received a realtor license just completely blows my mind. He showed my boyfriend an unfinished apartment, which was fine, but when we asked if we could rent it, he tried to get us to put down a $ 725 deposit to «ensure that he wouldn’t show the property to anyone else.» When we asked for written paperwork to ensure that, he didn’t even prepare it. Then he asks to meet up with my boyfriend to show us the finished apartment, assuming that we would sign the paperwork right there and then. We told him we’d let him know later that day because we did put down offers on other apartments, and he started throwing things around and slamming doors, giving us the worst possible attitude. We never agreed to sign any papers or take the apartment that day. We just went to see how the finished apartment would look like. I didn’t even have to think twice before not taking that apartment after the whole situation. I feel bad for the owner of the apartment because he was extremely nice and deserved a better realtor who actually answers calls and can get the job done. Clearly, Bob is incapable of that and needs some serious attitude adjustments. If anyone knows of a place where I can file an official complaint against this man, please let me know. Otherwise, STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

What’s it take to get a callback from this guy? He never returned one message, but judging from the other 2 reviews maybe that’s for the best. The same listings kept getting posted on Craigslist, but he must not be interested in renting them.

I haven’t have the opportunity to meet with Bob, but he was pretty arrogant on the phone, which totally turn the deal off. I asked to set up an appointment to see the apt, and was told the time doesn’t work for him. He purpose a new time (7pm) during rush hour. I told him that I will try to make it there around that time, but will give him a call if I am running late. (I work 50 mi away). I was told, and I quoted «Don’t bother to come if you can’t make it at 7pm, I don’t want to waste the time.»

Poster child for arrogant rental agents. This «gentleman» lists apartments on Craigslist with Cats & Dogs Ok and when you call to view the apartment he abruptly says that none of his apartments are pet friendly. Also doesn’t list when the unit is available so you can waste your time calling. No «thanks for calling’, no ‘let me see what else I have available for you.’» At this point, I wouldn’t want to deal with him even he had the most amazing apartment listing. Tighten up your listings and take a course in customer service.
