I placed an order online over two weeks ago and have never received it. I’ve sent two emails and left a voicemail for customer service and have not received a response. I’d like a refund on my money but I’m worried that I won’t get it. Fridgedoor, if you’re reading this — your customer service needs improvement!

Terrible Experience. I was ordering some novelty magnets to send to a co-worker as a thank you and was never told that the order never shipped. I called the company and spoke with a gentleman named Chris who said that the one of the two magnets was on back order and had come in and they would overnight the order(I was never told of any stock problems). I waited through the weekend and checked in with my co-worker to see if he got my surprise and he said no. I called the company again and got someone in customer service, named Chris(he said he was not the same person I spoke with prior) and he needed to check what was going on with my order. He then told me that the order had not shipped and they had neither magnet in stock. He said that they had cancelled out my order. I advised him I was never advised of this, and at no point was I contacted through phone/email to see if I wanted a refund or perhaps a different item. There was a blatant lack of customer service and I would not recommend using this company.

So, we’re a small but very successful retailer in Los Angeles. We have been a customer of Fridgedoor for the last 2 plus years and never had any issues. We placed an order about 8 weeks ago and evidently, it wasn’t large enough for them to produce. This is not our issue as we understand that we a «small fish». My issue is that instead of having integrity and being honest about their position, they continuously lied to us, told us on two occasions that the order had been sent. actually sent us an email that the order had been sent and was rude to our store manager when she called to inquire about the order. I’m glad to see that this company is doing so well that it can alienate a long time consistent customer. They do a nice job on the product itself, but I’m sure with a bit of goggling, you can find another company that will do as well but with honesty and integrity.

I’ve shopped at Fridgedoor for years and have been very pleased with the service and huge selection. The prices are fair, shipping is fast and they even add a hand written note to each order. Love the Door!
