For starters– delivery man hit the wrong address, and then refused to deliver to the apt door despite the simple concept of buzzing.
Second, got the «meatball sub», which ended up just being bits of sausage and cheese. On top of that, it was cold, and mangled from the delivery man piling everything else on top of the box.
Never again.

first the young lady i called could not understand me and it took a few trys to get my order which still came screwed up,
I ordered chicken parm, with zittis and chicken wings, the first thing is i got a chicken parm sandwhich, hard and tough, instead which was wrong and as I said the girl on the phone had problems with that I order medium chicken wings you get a great amount but i love chicken wings they need to be real bad for me not to eat them, i just cant explain why they were as bad as they were i covered themi mean covered them with sauce you see i was very hungary and i just spent money i did not have to just eat without cooking at home., i just could not eat them horrible i wont make this mistake again
