This is a great place to live! The building is mostly owner-occupied, but I rented a 500ft2 studio unit from an owner for about 2 years. It is only a 10-minute walk to the North Quincy T station, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, it is not well lit and there are not sidewalks, so it is a bit precarious at night and during the winter. The foyer was recently updated with paint, new furniture, plants, etc.; the elevator updated with beautiful new tile, and all of the hallway carpeting replaced. Entry to the building is by key-fob or buzzer only, and the foyer is monitored by video camera. I have always felt very, very safe there. The tenants/owners are a mix of young families(more and more babies lately), young professionals, and middle-aged folks. I’ve never had an issue with loud neighbors or any sort of disturbance. The building is not pet-friendly and is also non-smoking. The pool is open memorial day — labor day, I believe. It isn’t heated, but it’s so nice to have a private place to enjoy a dip! There is a community room by the pool, which includes restrooms and a sauna(out of order and used as a closet). The community room is pretty dingy, which is too bad because it would make a great place to have a baby shower, birthday party, etc. If your unit is in the front of the building, your private balcony has an unfortunate view of the parking lot and the highway. However, if you’re in the back, you’ve got a stunning spot to watch the sun set, the 4th of July fireworks, and the Neponset river. There are walking trails very close by, as well as a supermarket/gym within a mile. Very close to the highway. If you’ve got a bike, there is a locked bike room especially for you. Mobility issues? No problem, you can take the elevator! There are two! Amy Nutter of the Niles Company(Building Management) is notoriously hard to get ahold of. BUT, on-site maintenance(His name is «D») is absolutely phenomenal and is also available for side-jobs, like fixing your garbage disposal, etc. Trotsky, who cleans the hallways early in the morning, is a wonderful guy, and has even given me a lift to the train a few times! Building maintenance does a PHENOMENAL job of clearing the snow. Your deeded parking spot will e kept clean. Seriously– these folks are out there plowing as soon as the snow starts to fall. I have never had an issue getting to my car. The pathways are also salted and the foyer is kept fry in the snow/rain. Also– there is ample guest parking as well as a little bit of street parking. Tenants/Owners atre very respectful about parking spaces– I’ve never had anyone park in mine!

Great place to live! Clean, safe, easy walk to the North Quincy T station and a quick drive into Boston. Neighbors are generally quiet and courteous and the maintenance team is exceptional. The complex has a pool, a well-maintained laundry facility, and each unit gets a dedicated parking spot. Great views too for those units facing Boston. Overall, a great value.

I’ve lived here for 6 years and loved it! Location is very convenient; 10 min walk to North Quincy red line station and 10 min drive to downtown Boston. Also close to the huge South Shore shopping plaza and Blue Hills Reservation for walking/hiking/biking trails. Most units have a beautiful view of the Charles River and Boston’s skyline. The mgmt company of the building keeps everything clean and well-maintained. Laundry appliances have just been replaced and have laundry cards so no need to stock up on quarters! Neighbors are mostly in their late 20s and 30s and are quiet and respectful. I’ve enjoyed living here :)

Mostly studio and one bedroom units. A few two bedrooms. The Condo Association has been in place for decades and runs a tight ship. Half the units have excellent river views straight into the city.
