Our laptop was brought in to be repaired to get a virus out. The charge would be $ 75 plus $ 40 for an antivirus software. We were told it would not be ready for another couple of weeks however the next day we got a phone call that they were unable to repair it for the $ 75 now they wanted us to pay at least $ 200. They were very rude we went we picked up our computer and we paid $ 37.50 for a computer which now will not even start up or turn on or anything its completely messed up. sadly there are documents and photos that we are unable to retrieve from the computer. Documents and photos are from our son funeral. We are now sending your computer to an individual that actually has a masters degree in computer science and he says he can retrieve our information. I will never go to this company ever again.
