Dunkin’ Donuts

I don’t know why I even bother going to this DD at Sea St. This location disrupts the morning rush hour traffic on a daily basis and they get my very easy order messed up all the time!!!
Now they have all new people which makes it even worse! I’m not giving them my business anymore! I blame the owners/manager’s for this dysfunction!

Service and order accuracy depends on whose working. 80% of the time they get it right while every once in a while you get a coffee that tastes so sweet that you wish had some insulin on you.

This is a nice little Dunkin on my way to /​from home. It is pretty decent. Never had an issue.
The drive through is the biggest plus. During peak hours, despite the line, they keep moving rather quickly and do a pretty good job. Sometimes when the lines are too long, they do ask the customers to wait at the parking lots where the staff comes and delivers the order. Has happened to me a couple of times.
The inside is not too big but yet big enough with a couple of tables and chairs that do not occupy the entire space. The lines do move nicely inside as they do for the drive through. The place is always well kept, clean and so are the rest rooms. They have the usual DD goodies on sale, very well displayed and quite easy to attack customers.
The staff here is very nice and courteous. They always have a smile on their face and rightly so have a dedicated clientele. All the times I have had my coffee or breakfast to go from here, I have never had a problem. Although not 24×7, they still make it up with great customer service.
