i had a minor/​major plumbing explosion in my basement– major to me but minor in what could have been. 2 of my neighbors gave me Chenette’s number as they have been serviced by them before. Theresa sent Matt to me within 45 minutes, and 2.5 hours later my issue was fixed. He had to wade through some sewage and did so with aplomb. I know plumbers are not cheap, but their charge for what he had to deal with seemed very reasonable. And did I say good humor? Yeah– that counts. I am going to have them back to fix the rest of my 1919 Bungalow’s plumbing issues. So happy to have a good– great!- plumber here in Quincy.

I have used this company for the past 4 – 5 years and have always been very satisfied with the company from the time I placed the call to when I received the bill. The plumbers are courteous and knowledgeable. People and reviews can have one bad experience, I have had many years of consistent quality service.
I once used a lower cost plumber who did poor quality work and was redone by Chenette. I have since been a loyal customer and never look for a better company or price.
«The cheap man spends the most» in the long run.
Once you find a quality company with excellent customer satisfaction and service why change.

I used this company based on a friends recommendation and I’m glad I did. Chenette installed a new kitchen faucet with sprayer today and fixed a leaky bathroom faucet. The time for both jobs was 1 hour and I was was very pleased with the service. Lowes/​Home depot charges $ 155 just to install the faucet. The price of Chenette was much cheaper. Tony (the plumber) was prompt, friendly and courteous. They gave us a 4 hour time window 8am — 12pm and he showed up at 8.15am. I would definitely used them again for future plumbing needs.
