Beware. These were contract providers via Sears. They attempted to charge us extra upon arrival for services that should not have been charged for. When our appliance broke1 month afterwards and Sears arranged a new one, These guys came again and tried to charge us an additional $ 450 in what they claimed«code requirements» We verified the coded did not change. Sears also confirmed this.

Dealt with 3 times. Guy is ALWAYS extremely unpleasant but as far as I know, only repair man in Quincy. Really just a rude, grumpy old bastard. I very rarely write a negative review but feel particularly compelled to encourage people to avoid this business. Final straw was when he fixed our fridge and bled all over the inside and outside of freezer, handles and kitchen floor and left it. He did however use a paper towel to stop the bleeding on his finger and then discarded it on our kitchen table. 100% serious. Also needed a new handle for our fridge, paid him for it and he got wrong color(white not stainless). He told us(3 people) that he would reorder the stainless although he thought it would be ‘difficult’ to get. He said if worse came to worse we could spray paint the white one silver. We told him we could get a handle on our own if he couldn’t and we did not want the white one. He left w full understanding that we wanted our money back for the white handle if he could not get stainless. Fast forward 3 weeks later still no word. Called him and listened him spew garbage about how he told us the part is not available and he told us it wasn’t possible to get it. When I said that we wanted our $ back for the white one he said it was included in the service charge and not billed separately. To wrap up — he’s always a dick, bled all over our fridge and floor, ordered us wrong part and wouldn’t refund us. Save yourself a headache and find somebody else.
