Very good shopping experience here. I stopped by because my good, sturdy suitcase finally broke… after 15 yrs and visits to 12 countries. I picked up a carry on sized spinner as my road warrior for work 2 years ago and wanted a big spinner to max.
I immediately let the salesman, who was not only knowledgeable but very sweet, know that I’m a frugal franny so I wasn’t about to break the bank. After 20 mins of looking, testing, talking and weighing the pros and cons I found the perfect suitcase to replace my set that served me so well. I got a $ 600 full frame suit case with some extras inside for… $ 200! I can’t wait to take it out on the road.
But the salesman is what made this shopping experience memorable, and by memorable I mean enough to write a review a month later. Even though I’m cheap and he knew it, he was patient with me. He really helped me think about what I liked about my spinner and my old set so I could identify what was most important to me for the kind of bag that would suit my needs. I never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything in particular. In the end I rolled away a great piece of luggage that will suit my needs for years to come!

The coupon book can be used in various outlet stores as well so more savings. I really enjoyed shopping at this location, helped that I needed a new garment bag as well.
