My stay at Uno’s was spectacular. I was skeptical about going in because I’ve had Uno’s in NYC before but this was nothing like I’ve ever had. I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant. Jamie our waiter was extraordinarily nice! The service alone deserves 5 stars. He was so nice with conversation and was on top of everything, we went around 930pm on a Thursday night. right when they were about to close but he kept telling us to take our time and not rush. The food was delicious!!! We had the 2 for $ 12 deals with the salads and pastas. The salads were very fresh and the pasta was cooked perfectly! Definitely worth it coming here.

Saturday night @7:30pm. 5 adults and 4 kids. We didn’t leave until after 9:30. It took 49 minutes to sit, though the bar was empty and the bartender was good. When we were finally seated, it took 20 minutes for someone to come ask for our order. We ordered as quickly as possible then just waited. They brought the kids’ food first– literally pasta with butter, and it wasn’t warm. This was probably 25 minutes after we ordered. 15 minutes after that came some of the adult meals, then another 10 minutes later came the lukewarm pizza, half the appetizer combo, and a flatbread pizza that had obviously been under a warmer for too long. To their credit, they knocked 20% off the bill. But I don’t see a reason to go back here.

I’ve been to plenty of Uno Chicago Grill locations across several states, but this location easily is the worst. Sullen staff, lack of atmosphere, odd design, and less than flavorful food contribute to the poor rating. Whichever architect designed the restaurant interior should seek another profession… the restaurant was too open and seemed more like a cafeteria than a nice sit-down place. The pizza which I thought was standardized across the chain lacked a little something in the flavor department. You have to request for spices you want to sprinkle on your pizza. Other Uno locations bring them all out when pizza is ordered. The waiter wasn’t sure if the restaurant had garlic powder when I first asked him. He asked me with a confused expression if I wanted cut up garlic pieces before eventually asking around and coming out with a huge container of garlic powder. On a Friday night, the place had no wait and plenty of free tables, which speaks volumes for a Lake George area restaurant during peak summer tourist season.

My meal(chicken spinoccoli) wasn’t spectacular, but it was respectable. I was on the way out of town and was very hungry, so in fairness, anything would’ve been respectable at that time. Our waitress seemed a bit flustered early on, but warmed up as the time progressed. On my way out, I think I understand why she may have been a bit off; four busses of tourists(Quebec license plates) started piling in, making the place lively and busy. The experience that I had was about what I’d expect from Uno’s, as it holds consistent with prior visits to other Uno’s restaurants that I’ve had. Nothing fantastic, but they won’t let you down.

I haven’t been to Uno’s in years, but when I saw it I had to go inside. I must say, I was not disappointed. From my ice cold cider and delicious chicken bites, to my old favorite buffalo chicken quesadilla I left deliciously full. And, let’s talk about the staff! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I didn’t feel like I stopped at a place to eat on vacation, I felt like I was at my local neighborhood spots. I will definitely come by again, and you should too!

Things they did not know how to make during our visit tonight, so they gave us badly made versions: A Manhattan. They said they were out of cherries, so they gave me bourbon on the rocks, forgetting all the other ingredients that go in a Manhattan. Pizza. One of the pizzas our party ordered had raw pizza dough. A margarita. Ordered frozen, they brought it out on the rocks. They said they’d remake it, but they just threw it in the blender instead, resulting in a bubbly, salty, disgusting mess.(They did remake this one correctly the second time.) I don’t think I’ve ever had anything other than a mediocre experience here, but tonight was way below even that average. The only saving graces were our server, a young man given the thankless task of delivering the badly made food and drinks and then having to fix the problems, and the guy who hosts the trivia, who is enormously pleasant and patient and very good at what he does.

Under staffed on a Sunday Afternoon!!! We are visiting from Florida and Uno was our date night place when we lived in NY. So we had our kids with us we decided to go for lunch and sit in ‘our’ booth. Nope can’t take anymore customers for 30 minutes. Manager greeted us and a group of 10 other people at the door saying they were under staffed and had sat 40 people and we’d have to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Under Staffed on a Sunday 12:30pm. So disappointed. As we left I saw two more large groups being turned away #newmanagerneeded

We are traveling from Arizona and our family members took us here and i must say was absolutely surprised. Service was great, prices where reasonable and the quality and quantity was good. I had the sirloin tips($ 14) which came with 2 sides(broccoli and grilled vegi’s) both were very good. i tried the mac and cheese from one of our other guest and i was real good Next time will definitely get the cheese and mac. Thanks for the great meal and venue.

Tonight my boyfriend and I stopped at this UNOs in the middle of a long car ride from nyc. Finding decent food without taking too long is always a challenge for us on the road, but this experience far surpassed our expectations. We shared the citrus salad, which was fresh, with a light flavorful dressing, the chicken was moist and tender, and accompanied by a warm delicious breadstick. We then had one of the new artisan pizzas with sausage and ricotta, which compared very favorably to what we get treated to back in the city. Moreover, the service was excellent. Jamie R was friendly, attentive without being intrusive, very enthusiastic about the menu highlights, and really was hustling to make sure we were in and out in a timely fashion.

I have been to this restaurant twice for lunch. I couldn’t believe it when I saw they had gluten free choices. I tried the Harvest Medley & the Egg Plant Feta Cheese thin crust gluten free specialty pizzas and both were outstanding. OMG, the ingredients were so fresh(not burned like so many other places) and the crust nice & crispy. Hubby & the boys had the lunch special, Pizza of the day with a salad for only $ 7.99. You can also opt for all the soup you can eat instead of salad. With the food so good, portion size so big & the price so right, I don’t know why there are not more people knocking down the doors to get into this place. I am coming back for dinner. You all have to try Glen Falls Pizzeria Uno, I highly highly recommend this place.

Service was excellent. Food is below mediocre. Citrus BBQ salmon was dry and ‘uninspired’ — I don’t have the most refined or discriminating palate … I just want food that’s fresh, not frozen, etc. And these chain restaurants are just falling short. Roasted veggies were bland and the rice was awful. My wife had the Caesar salad — chicken was dry. She ordered the brownie w/ice cream for dessert — we were shocked at just how tasteless it was. Weird. My son had the kids pizza — not bad. Décor is OK. Won’t be coming back.
