Service tech called in, advised the other tech wouldn’t be making it. Found out through calling corporate, that I was put in for a FULL replacement windshield, when it’s a baby ding that needs a quick fill. Thankfully I called USAA and notified them, they got me JN Phillips, they’re coming tomorrow (instead of waiting three days for an appointment to be canceled).

Safelite was suggested by my insurer to initially repair my windshield during December of last year. After several months and the brutal weather, the repair started to spider. I returned two weeks ago, after contacting my insurer, and had a new windshield installed. Christopher the technician was very thorough with the replacement, as well as the placement of all stickers on the windscreen. Unfortunately this past Sunday I was traveling and another stone struck the windshield. A new windshield was installed today and, again, the installation was thorough, without any noticeable wind noise. And the car was cleaned and vacuumed. Well done!
