Got a 45 minute massage here yesterday. Previous reviewer is correct, Katie is here, has a partner, both are personable, speak English, and very accommodating and capable. Katie is a very gracious woman. My massage was almost as good as I’ve ever had, finished with a warm towel. I went in extremely sore and left feeling fine, fixed up, so no complaints here.
Best to call in advance, but I needed no appointment.
The location and ambiance is workaday. It’s a basement apartment with carpet and furniture like you might get on Craigslist, so it’s cozy but no-​frills. You massage is in a small room partitioned and curtained from the main space. Bland possibly-​relaxing music plays softly in the background. In short, the place is sparse and comfortable – totally fine, but I’d say this is what will keep it from a fifth star. If you were pickier than I was, you might be a little less happy here, and I think some simple upgrades to furniture and décor will be what makes this place perfect. But they have some nice attention to detail – fake potted plants on the staircase down from the street to the iron barred door brighten the feeling a bit.
Value is very good. Prices are somewhat under a dollar a minute for longer massages; the longer the massage the better the value. I don’t think you could find a better price in the city, so this place excels in this regard.
