My family is very grateful for the attentive care we’ve received here. One nurse does need to quit smoking. Her odor bothered my COPD. Haven’t seen her in a while. Its empty but thst just means its the best kept secret and the wait, minimal.

This place is horrible, I always walked past and wondered why it was empty and I now understand. The only thing they have going for them is that they are always empty and that it is brand new with a nice waiting room. About two weeks ago I went in there from a nasty bite I had on my arm that had a red ring around it. I was 36 weeks pregnant and my doctor insisted to have it checked out just in case it was something serious. When I went in there, it all went downhill. It first started with the nurse. She first took my temperature and her hands smelled horribly of cigarettes. I saw the doctor who told me that it looked like a tick bite and at first said«I would definitely consider this Lyme Disease, but let’s take some blood to be sure» He then decided last minute to look under a light and get a better look and then told me that it is probably a spider bite because of the teeth markings. The nurse came back in who wouldn’t even make eye contact and threw her cigarette butt in the garbage can in the room. Then went on and continued to take my blood WITHOUTGLOVES until I told her«Shouldn’t you be wearing gloves». Unprofessional and disgusting. Eventually over time I never heard back so I assumed it was good news. I carried on and the bite had completely gone away after a few days. This morning I received a phone call from the doctor that he needed to speak with me urgently about a very serious matter. Obviously remembering the visit, I panicked and expected the worst. He told me he received the blood results and was very very concerned. I asked him straight out«do I have Lyme Disease» he responded with«well let’s look at these results first». Over the next 5 minutes he continued to explain how he received the results and they were very serious and continuously ignored my questions and demands to tell me if I had an infection or if it was something bad. Eventually he told me that everything looked fine and it must have been a spider bite that my skin didn’t react well to. Just when I was about to lose it, he began to ask me personal questions about my pregnancy and OB/GYN. I freaked and told him he is not my GP, that is not his business and how that was the most horrible and insanely unprofessional phone call I have ever received in my life. I am counting down the days until that place is closed and would recommend for everyone to stay away and go to First Med if they are in the area and just need to be checked out quick. Well worth the excessive wait.
