I never ever have an issue when I come to this Subway. They know who I am, they greet me with warm smiles & chit chat. It’s refreshing to know people like that still exist. I appreciate a business that pays attention to their customers & makes it a habit of knowing their likes & dislikes without the customer having to say much or anything at all. The owner is super sweet & makes it a habit to remember my order & takes time to talk to me when she doesn’t have to. Her employee is nice as well.

It’s a Subway. How on earth could you ruin a Subway? Apparently, this location’s found a few ways. As another Unilocaler mentioned, there’s no parking lot(just meter spots in front), but the owners really couldn’t help that. What they COULD help was with the proper toasting of my bread. My date and I both ordered our own toasted sandwiches and dined in, only to find that both of our sandwiches were squishy and not. even. warm. I don’t know how that happened, since we watched them put it in the contraption ourselves. I didn’t have an issue with paltry toppings as others did, but I was a little peeved over the fact that they didn’t give cups for tap water. I don’t drink soda or iced teas and don’t buy bottled water on principle. I usually bring my own water bottle but forgot it today, and in that case, other Subways(and plenty of other fast food joints) have no problem offering me a small cup, or even a small plastic cup for their water tap. The woman who took my order said no, that she just ran out of water cups just yesterday and when I glanced at the stack of regular fountain cups, she shook her head at me. Again, this isn’t a huge issue. But that, compiled with the«no refills on fountain drink» sign on the drink machine made me realize this is a place run by very cheap people. How do you put limits on the drink machine? It’s not like your customers are soda camels who guzzle liters of the stuff every time they come. I don’t even drink soda, but I thought it was done in poor taste. There’s another Subway further down on Francis Lewis Blvd that I passed after leaving this place. I’d recommend checking that joint out instead of this one if you’re really jonesing for a sub lunch.

Avoid… I usually go to another subway but couldn’t find parking. So I stop by here and didn’t check the review. how bad can subway be. YES Read the other reviews, bread are hit or miss. Unfortunately today is a miss. I order 2 veggie delights. its just veggie and no meat for 5 bucks. yes same as something like turkey or whatever. I got a little lettuce, 4 slice of tomatos, 4 slice of cucumber, a few strands of onion, pepper, green pepper. STRANDS, at least with other subway, they stuff it with lots of veggie DONOTSPENDYOURMONEYHERE, LETTHEMSHUTDOWN

Several problems with the establishment. I used to go there due to convenience but will not go there again. 1. Bread is a hit or miss. I have had stale bread on 4 sandwiches that i ordered. cmon for $ 25 can we get fresh bread. 2. They are stingy about sides. the guy had the nerve to tell me 5 pickles were max and more would cost extra. They even charged me extra for cheese for a sandwich that comes with cheese. The issue is having kids speak to customers without adult supervision costs them customers. Not going back there again. There are other ones where service is better.

We have been frequenting this establishment regularly because it’s a convenient location. On a recent visit, when vegetables(eg pickles & olives) were requested on my sandwich, the manager said that the«picture of the sandwich only shows lettuce & tomatoes» so any other veggies would incur an additional cost. He then added that he would not charge me this time because I’m a regular. Are you serious?

The service is terrible, sandwiches are not good. Will never go back, and suggest you never go back.
