McDonald’s

I wish I could give this McDonalds no stars it’s insane everything I asked for they didn’t have available no milkshakes or ice cream so I opted for a parfait much healthier substitute so I didn’t mind much. So I finally get to the pick up window and after waiting about 3 minutes the young lady says oh no parfait you want 2 apple pies? No I don’t want your raggedy ass apple pies if I wanted pie I would of ordered pie, kindly give me back my money I will go elsewhere.

HATE this McDonald’s location. Every time I go there I kick myself because I know I told myself before that I would not go back but this is the closest one to my house. Last time I went there was 2 days ago. As soon as I walked in I noticed that it was smokey but i will not be deterred so I looked pass that. There was only 2 people in front of me on line which I was grateful for. So now its my turn to order;
Me: can I get a #10 (Angus Burger)?
Cashier: There are no #10’s at this time
Me: Ok. ummmm, can I get a #3?
Cashier: We dont have that either
Me: (Confused face) So do you have any burgers?
Cashier: We have a #1
Me: (I left)
Every time I go to this McDonald’s the cashiers are rude and there is never any Frappé.

Absolutely horrible costumer service. Mostly I blame ineffectual management of their relatively young employees for this. Also. They also seem to be understaffed or their staff is not adequately assigned to tasks. Finally the dining area is a mess and I was here for at least 45 minutes and never saw one employee clean it.

Saturday night 9 pm. I wanted a fish sandwich guess what they said“no fish sandwiches sorry”. Smh. McDonalds exists to serve sandwiches if they don’t have any sandwiches what use are they.

This is a very busy location! I’m vet surprise there isn’t a check in! However like I stated it’s a busy location with a pretty small parking lot and a tight drive-​thru. The restaurant is a medium but good size! The most part it’s clean. A lot of teens hang out there in and outside since it’s right across a high school and junior high not far. A bus stop right out front too!
Pretty good on customer service and in the mornings I rather to go in to order my food. Like I mention the parking is too small to be on the drive thru line.
