Fix-N-Go Electronics

Brought my phone here a few weeks ago to get it set up on an American plan after living abroad for a few years. Every other phone shop I’d gone into tried to push a monthly contract fee, despite me insisting that I only wanted pay-​as-​you-​go… in fact other places tried to tell me that no longer existed. Frank here was incredibly nice and helpful, and set me up on an H20 pay-​as-​you-​go after talking to me and finding out what I wanted to use my phone for.
Three days ago I shattered my iPhone 6 screen, and, remembering how helpful this place is, came back for the repair. It only took 30 minutes, and the phone is as good as new. They gave me a good price on the repair as well, because they remembered me from when I had been in before. Really great small business that seems to be popular in the neighborhood, people kept stopping in to say hello while I was waiting.

I dropped my phone & my screen broke pretty badly, devastating! Took it to this place to get fixed & was happy with the quick service. The next day, the screen was lifting off the top half of the phone. Brought it back, they said it happens sometimes. Less than an hour later got my phone back all better…2 days later there was a weird mark on the screen, looked like a crack but, on the inside. Over the next few days a dark shadow started coming from the «crack». Brought it back to the store again. This time they said go to Apple, problem with the LCD & they could not fix it. All of a sudden then my phone screen started going crazy, couldn’t see anything, opening apps by itself, weird lines all through LCD. Took it to Apple & they said whoever fixed it needed to take care of it because they used a faulty screen & didn’t apply it correctly. I didn’t want these people touching my phone anymore, so had to shell out more money to get it fixed by someone who used Apple certified equipment. So disappointed that Fix-​N-​Go sent me away after they screwed up my phone. The person that fixed it correctly was disgusted when he opened the phone up & you could see where they put globs of crazy glue, and said there were screws not put back where they should’ve been. Don’t make the same mistake I did, & if you can, take your product straight to Apple, or just anywhere except here!
