I am getting extremely furious with these hours. Your website states you are open until 4pm on Sundays. I get there by 3 and at 315pm I hear message from your intercom instructing us storage payers to be out by 330pm. This is ongoing as well doing weekly hours. We have hardworking individuals that works. When I signed up at your storage I was giving hours that were convenient for me but when I get there after work I am rushed at least 45 minutes prior to closing. This is getting very ridiculous. I normally don’t review but I can no longer stay quiet as this is extremely frustrating and quite inconveniencing. Something has to be done with these hours or at least assure the staff communicate and stress the right hours of operation so that we payers can make better judgement wether your storage place is good for us. From a very concern customer.

I have been a customer of the cube smart for a year and half. I choose this location because it was close to home The customer service and professionalism are lacking. When you are paying your bill you are often waiting for the customer service rep to end their phone call on their personal device or to end conversation co-​workers. Sometimes it takes two employees just to take a payment or answer a question. Most of the staff are rude and poorly equipped to answer the customer questions about company policy. The entire Staff are labeled as managers .They often close the facility down 30 minutes early an clear misrepresentation of the stores hours posted both on the door and websites. This is stores an unfortunate necessities for me at the moment. I will be looking for better storage facility soon.
