Horrible. Not really a palm. Employees spend more time talking to each other then working. Miss this palm!

Drink took forever, waitress brought us the wrong drinks, (she was very sweet however), hostess couldn’t even bother to put a smile on… didn’t bother to try the food. Had the most random music from Barbie Girl to soft music then back. Weird atmosphere. Won’t be back

I was very surprised how good the food was here. I was not expecting an airport restaurant to be this tasty or the drinks to be as strong as they were! I had the lump crab cakes and they were awesome!!!

By gate b entrance, it was a relief to see a palm when you are traveling. Under impressed with the cleanliness of the bar, it was obvious the bartender was overwhelmed (at one point there was 6 people behind the bar looking busy but only one guy making drinks aNd taking orders); The bartender was working so hard, and was friendly but it was obvious you needed to understand that he was too busy to really give you service… and when you are charging regular palm prices, service should not lack. The martini was good, the crab cakes were better than you would expect at an airport, but not up to par with my previous experiences at the palm. When my fiancé got his burger, the bun was soaked with grease. it was disgusting. When he alerted the bartender he apologized, took the burger away and returned it with a new bun, which was fine. We ordered other food but it was forgettable. My suggestions: quality control.

Five «airport stars». Solid martini and a good Caesar with chicken. Good place to kill time and pre-​game for the flight.
