Very bland! Had a black olive pizza out of a food truck at the Chandler Jazz Fest and it had very little taste. Not even red peppers pepped it up.

Yummy! I love wood fired pizza! It has such a different taste than pizza you get from pizza chains. This one was cooked perfectly. I had a plain cheese pizza. Everything about it was perfection. The cheese has extremely tasty. I tried Nicastro while they were at the Gilbert Food Truck Food Court on Friday. Good pizza and it only takes five minutes.
