Nexus Pool Care

We have owned our pool for approx 6 months and Nexus keeps the water looking nice and blue. They do a great job and always let us know if they have any concerns. Guys are easy to work with! Highly recommend!

I use nexus pool care. I love their service. They are in and out and treat my pool from top to bottom. I trust them to take care of the necessary items that my pool needs to stay clean and blue.

I have used Nexus for my weekly pool service for over a year. Unfortunately the quality of service has gone down hill. They use to spend time cleaning and scrubbing, along with going though the equipment to verify everything was functional. Now they spend 4– 6 mins top and leave. The guy that has been doing the service spends more time in his truck writing the report that gets emailed to me then he does on the pool. They are also on the high side with their prices compared to other companies.

I recently had a Nature2 mineral cartridge housing that sprung a leak on my 7 year old Rondo Pool.
I called Leslie first, their technicians were almost a full week out, not to mention that when you call their (800) number you speak to someone across the country… Not knowing any pool repair/​service companies I turned to Unilocal for answers, and by this time my pool water was in need of help from the pump not running for a week.
I came across S.O.S. Pool repair. Sheila answered the phone, was local and truly wanted to help. Her technicians were also extremely busy and we’re going to be another 3 days out, but she recommended Nexus Pool Care in Queen Creek.
I called and spoke to the owner Trent, he had someone out to fix my N2 problem the same day. They also discovered I had a broken auto filler and replaced it as well.
Since then, Nexus has been maintaining and servicing my pool on a weekly basis. They are extremely knowledgable and email me a weekly report that shows all chemical levels and states if it is safe to swim in. I am extremely happy with the service and expertise of Trent and his team, and highly recommend their services!
