Last Chance Salon

I’ve seen the quality of work that has come out of this shop and it’s not very good. I’ve been licensed for 20+ years on the east coast of the states and on the west coast. I would rate this a solid two stars pushing it with three. Never picked apart a haircut, but the colors (weaves in particular) I would rate a solid one star.

Being new to Queen Creek I relied on Unilocal to help me find a new hairdresser to get me ready for my oldest son’s wedding. Called on a Monday thinking that they probably were closed as most hair places take Sunday and Monday’s off. Was pleased that I was able to get an appointment that day. Susan was really great. She did exactly what I asked and my color/​cut turned out fabulous! The salon was clean and up to date. So glad I found my «hair peeps!»

I have to say Im not one to give a business a bad review but I have given every effort to give this establishment a chance to correct my hair but now I will just have to go somewhere else to have it done and pay all over again. I went in before my vacation for a bayalage and my hair was blue on top and clearly nothing like the pic I presented after 3 ½ hours spent in the salon and the stylists phone ringing every 5 minutes over whats for dinner was ridiculous. So the next day when I went in and she was out of town and another stylist tried to correct it, another 3 hours spent and my entire hairline turned orange from whatever she used on my hair that burned horribly. First of all the place is super dark and you can’t even see what your hair looks like until you get home and can really look at it. So that’s what I ended up going on vacation with. Super embarressing and when I tried to reach out to the manager I received no response. So I guess my experience was clearly different than some of the others and I would use a box color before ever stepping foot back in this salon!

I was able to get an apt quickly! I went in to see Heidi, and she was great! Warm and personable! Prices are great too for cut and color! If you need a great hairdresser use Last Chance Salon! I definitely will be returning !!

I moved here in December and was stressed about having to find a new salon to do my roots and touch up my highlights. I was seriously considering using box dye, as the first salon I called was outrageously priced. I tried again and decided to call Last Chance and was greeted by a Susan, who happened to have an available appointment that same day. Susan was great, she made note of what I wanted and worked her magic. My hair came out ahhhmazing! She darkened my roots, lightened the bottom, gave me a Olaplex treatment, and gave me a cut. She definitely blew my expectations! Not only was the service great, but the salon itself was clean, had great décor and had great prices. I will definitely be returning and can’t wait to spread the word about this salon. :)

Heidi was awesome, did a great cut that only cost $ 10 with coupon !!! Very pleased with the service and how nice everyone was ! Definitely will be returning !

Great atmosphere. Qualified stylists. And very knowledgeable. They use olaplex! This salon has been in QC for 12 years. Very nice down to earth people in a homey atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Awesome salon! Dawn is amazing, so friendly and always knows the best look for me. I have recommended several friends and they have all been very happy with their results. Their prices are excellent, and scheduling appointments has always been a positive experience. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

The ladies here are great, and they have been for sometime. Paige and the others are great stylists and they have a very dedicated clientele. I have gotten a cut and color here many times, and have brought in family and friends who all love the results.
The price is reasonable and actually lower than other places, such as Arizona Hair Co., and you will be a lot more satisfied with the result and experience as a customer. I would recommend this place to everyone.
