I was in excruciating pain due to a tooth that ultimately needed to be extracted. I called, hoping to get in today or tomorrow, and was able to be seen today with no problem as a new patient. The staff were very friendly and professional. The dentist easily (and painlessly — quite shocking!) extracted my tooth, and while yes I’m in some pain now as a function of the extraction, it is NOTHING like what I was experiencing earlier. At a later date, I will be getting a bridge so that my missing tooth is «no longer missing.»

Very disappointed. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning. The receptionist told me I was able to receive a cleaning plus X-​rays for $ 59 because of a «first time patient special.» However, after getting X-​rays, they told me that a cleaning was not included in the $ 59 special. Dr. Dodd continued to tell me what type of cleaning I would need, but ultimately wanted more money. I left after paying $ 59 for X-​rays only, which is not what I wanted or needed. I went to another dentist for a cleaning who was confused as to why Dr. Dodd did not do a basic cleaning. Obviously, it was a scam. The entire office was odd, including when I kept asking was I going to get a cleaning today and was ignored by all of the staff.
