My daughter got her hair colored by Yvette before her birthday party on Friday. She did such an awful job … Her hair was orange. Yvette refused to fix it before her party so my daughter had to fix it herself. Think twice before you go to her!!!

This place is so cute !!! And much larger then it looks on the outside !! I’m very happy with my hair stylist Ashley here she works wonders on my long course hair I always look so fantastic when I leave the salon. Now I just need to get my nails done there and I’ll be all set!

I love this place, everyone is so friendly. I love getting my hair and nails there. Bri is simply amazing and I am always very happy when she does my hair, Kristen does my nails, these girls always make you feel like a VIP customer. My husband gets his hair cut there too and loves it Desiree is also amazing, Hollie does great pedicures. Love love this place!

Lupe continues to harrass me, posting here and sending me nasty messages on Unilocal.She recently sent me a «compliment» that berated me again — I can only assume because she’s upset that I spoke the truth about the terrible customer service at this salon way back in May. Her behavior here proves that the women there are horrible and treat their customers as if they are replaceable.

My friend recommended seeing Yvette and I’m so glad I followed through seeing her! I have very thick hair and it had been damaged by box dyes… (Never doing that again @_@). She put in so much time and effort into my hair and took care to keep me informed through the ENTIRE process. I’m so grateful to her and my hair turned out GORGEOUS! She even fixed my layers and my hair feels softer than what I came in with. I’m getting so many compliments and I feel great! I love my purple hair! OAO!!!

I called to make an appt and Yvette answered and was able to work me into her schedule. It was my first time there and she did a great job. She stayed late and was super nice.

OMG!!! I have not had my hair cut for at least 7 months as I was afraid of going to someone new. And I am EXTREMELY picky! But after ready other ratings, I decided upon this salon and Hollie to cut and color my hair. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She listened to EXACTLY what I wanted and my hair came out FABULOUS! My teen daughter is going to her next week and now my mom and neighbor want her # as she did such a great job. She definitely is my new beautician!
**Also, everyone in the salon is super nice… it is a little noisy and busy… but that just showed me how wonderful the salon must be if everyone is so busy…

I had a GREAT experience!
My stylist was Hollie Felix, super sweet and super attentive to what I wanted. I first came in for a hair cut and she cut my hair to how I told her I wanted it. When it dried, I actually wanted it half an inch shorter and she was so sweet to do all of my hair half an inch shorter after she was already finished to make sure that I was happy. She was GREAT!
Two months later, I needed my ombré touched up (I had my ombré originally done elsewhere and it was HORRIBLE). Hollie pulled my ombré up higher, fixed the lines, and gave me the exact color I wanted. I have long, thick, and a LOT of hair that she was very gentle and patient with. The whole color process took about 3 ½ hours and she was so patient with me. She made great conversation as well.
I’m going to go to her from now on for all of my colors and haircuts! The price was reasonable because I have very long and very thick hair that she had a lot of patience with.
As for the salon, the inside is decorated so beautifully and all of Hollie’s coworkers were so cordial to me. The owner was even working in the salon that day and she had come over say hi as well.
I’d recommend Hollie to anyone ! She’s amazing !

The ladies here are extremely friendly. This is my second visit and I was greeted like they knew who I was. I love that. Ok so you don’t remember my name yet but you remember my face. We can work with that! They make you comfortable from the start. I like my stylist, Kristin, she’s working with me on what I like and want. That’s really important to me.

April is my new girl! Does amazing nails. Does exactly what you ask, to perfection. April is very talented, has a great eye and hand paints as well! I had my nails done by April today. They came out beautiful as always! I have been getting my nails done for a long time now and out of everyone I have even gone to April is the best! Nails last and do not lift!! Also this is a very beautiful salon with a nice atmosphere!

I have been going to April at 50^th Avenue salon for a while now! Her work is genius, she always takes her time to make sure your nails are exactly what you like! I live in Valencia and I have never found Anyone who does them as good as April does! My sets always last at least 3 weeks! And for nails that amazing! Go see April!!!

I was so impressed with 50^th Ave Salon! They were friendly, the shop was clean and Hollie actually listened to what I wanted done with my hair. Hollie is very professional, courteous and fast. With my father being sick and me not having a lot of time to be away from him I appreciated the promptness Hollow showed, great job THANKS AGAIN Hollie

My sister had her hair done today by Fabiola she did an amazing job thank you for taking her in so last minute and giving the hair do she wanted and making her day !!

I’ve been going to Carla for over two years now and I’m really happy! She is really good with color and affordable. Plus she’s fun to talk to. I get tons of compliments on my hair and give her number out all the time. The only drawback to her being so good is that I have to book way in advance now.

I live 3 hrs away and when I come to town to visit family I make sure to book an appt with Carla. She is awesome, very attentive to what you want done and we have great conversations every time. The prices are reasonable and she is always so accommodating with her schedule, her work definitely revolves around her clients and you can tell she puts her clients as #1. She is great with everything; colors, cuts, and styling hair, she really knows her stuff! Super nice girl, just wish she lived closer to where I could go to her more often :) call and ask for Carla, you won’t be let down.

I have to say how disappointed I am with this salon. My wife had gone there for quite some time until the drama got to be too much. She would come home upset because she would have to listen to the owner and other employees talk bad about other employees and customers behind their backs. This made her feel so uncomfortable that she decided not to go back. Their work was not bad but their drama was.
