Nickel Mine Floor Covering

I am writing about the experience that I had with Nickel Mine Floor. Customer service is seriously lacking with this company. The technician they sent out screwed up the bathroom floor and I had to have them back out to fix the job. After having to order in more flooring to redo the job they sent out the same tech that screwed it up the first time, when I called Dave King to complain he told me that this wasn’t his brothers «first rodeo», I wasn’t interested in his cowboy skills, I just wanted my floor fixed. After the initial visit there was also several issues of scrapes and scratches in the kitchen that Dave said would be fixed, then on the phone later he said they weren’t going to fix them. Extremely disrespectful people. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Nickel Mine Floor.
