Very nice! Replaced my drink when drive thru gave me the wrong one. The girl with black hair and gauges is especially nice! I come here a lot!

Years ago this was a great Starbucks, the drinks were full and the service was fast. Not so much anymore. Drinks are still tasty, but service is on the slow side.

Good service & coffee! Also they have added more tables and power for those of us with electronic devices.

This is the closest Starbucks to me, in this area there are about six others well within reasonable driving distance. But this is the one I choose to frequent because of the smaller atmosphere. I can easily study in peace, with free wifi. Coffee is always made to order, nothing is ever wrong. Baristas are always sweet and great for conversation. If you’re going to be stuck up on how small it is, just go to one of the many larger ones in the area. :)

Been to this Starbucks weekly for the past year, The baristas are always friendly. They have never messed up my drink. I’ve been working for the company for the past 2 years at a far away location in Jersey and i order some specific drinks. Keep up the great work Quakertown Starbucks!!! As far as running out of coffee… If we don’t have coffee brewed and ready at my store, We offer café Americano instead, An Americano is another way to brew coffee consisting of espresso shots and water… U can add cream and sugar or drink it black … But it will definitely have caffeine and still taste great like coffee.

Well, this place wins the prize for the lamest store in the whole international chain. Walked in after a long car trip at 6pm on Sunday night to get a cup of coffee and was told – wait for it – they have no coffee. They have decaf, just no coffee with caffeine in it. This is STARBUCKS, right? No coffee. Really what do you say to that? When I recovered from my incredulity enough to gather my wits and asked why they can’t walk across the floor, grab coffee beans they have on display for sale and brew me coffee from that, the clueless girl behind the counter said, «that’s against the rules, that’s for sale to the customers.» Have I entered an alternate universe here in Quakertown?

Passed through the area today. Gave me a demo of their new espresso machine and free coffee. Just as great service as my local Starbucks in Media, PA.

So I have to head through Q-town once a year to visit my kid at summer camp. Can I tell you how excited I was when this place opened several years ago? It is always a bazillion degrees on visiting day in July and this place is like an oasis in the desert(not a mirage, thankfully). Nice, icy coffee drinks and clean bathrooms after the two hour ride from North Jersey. And as fellow Unilocaler Phil H. said below, this could not be more different from the Sbux in the NY area. The people who work here ARE really pleasant and helpful. You DON’T have to repeat your order three times. The store IS clean. People DO speak in hushed voices. Wow. With a drive-through to get one for the road on the way home, too. I’ve died and gone to Sbux heaven…

Bought a coffee here and was summarily disappointed in the quality. I asked for a refund as it didn’t seem to have been prepared properly and the manager promptly refunded the purchase without hassle and remade the drink at no charge. Nice to see some places still believe in meeting the customer’s reasonable expectation of quality service. Store itself is nice, but the layout leaves the cashier counter a bit cramped. As a bonus, this location offers a drive-thru.

Here I am in between client visits on this road trip with some time to kill in Quakertown, PA. Even though this is kind of a rural area, there seems to be a good amount of strip malls, Dairy Queens, Home Depots, and Applebee’s around here. Shoot me now. Please. But I did happen to stumble upon the only Starbucks I have seen driving around down here today. So different than in NYC where there seems to be one on every corner. This location is so quiet, mostly empty, and everyone is speaking in low whispers. Kind of «Children Of The Corn» strange out here. Can’t complain though as bathroom was put to use, iced coffee tastes good, and I have a large table to myself. Free WIFI is always a Winning plus!
