My boyfriend bought a refridgerator through you people. We were told it would be in today. He drove 45minutes to pick it up and when he got there the manager said it was not there but they said they sent an email at noon to say it was not in. There was no email sent. My boyfriend is a hardworking trademen who does not live in front of a computer to check email every other minute. Complete disrespect and poor business. We will never shop there again and will strongly encourage others to do the same. No phone call and not even an apology. Absolutely ridiculous. Sears ought to have some sort if professionalism training if they intend to try and keep selling. Id rather spend my money elsewhere, even if I have to spend more for quality service. We deserve that as consumers, I don’t know why Sears is above us folks but its not way to appeal to the public.

The associates here are always friendly and ready to help if needed, without hovering. They greet me when I enter, and if they see me standing in an area, they come over and ask if I need help or if they can answer any questions for me. And anytime I needed assistance and they were in the middle of something, they immediately stopped what they were doing, gave me their full attention and walked me to the product I was interested in.
