Our garage door was not working properly and someone told us that we needed new springs. I called Monarch and the technician took one look and said we did not need new springs. He adjusted the tension and added a missing safety cable. He also lubricated all three garage doors without being asked to do so. Very honest and professional. Will definitely use them from now on.

They showed up right on time and it only took them 2 hours! They took the old one and the new one looks even better than I thought it would. Plus it’s so much quieter than the old one and much more sturdy! The man that installed it was so nice too he was very patient with all my questions. Love love love!!!
