Kathy Nails

I’ve been trying different places in Quakertown & haven’t had much luck with the Gel. I went here once without an appointment & they were more than accommodating & the polish looked great & lasted a while! I’ll be coming here from now on.

LOVE this place! I’m very particular about the shapes of my nails and I’ve been searching around places in my area to see if they’re any better. I started going here for about two months, and love every time I go there! My mother and my Aunt started going with me as well, Lee does my nails and Jennifer does my mothers, and we love every single time we have gone there!

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here. I never get my nails done and I was nervous to try almond/​pointy nails but Lee did a fantastic job! I will be going to her every two weeks. Also everyone’s personalities are fun! Highly recommend.

Ok so I went here bc it was one of the few places that had decent reviews and pictures of previous customers nails. First off I called at four just to get pricing. The girl asked me when I wanted to come in, and since I was free that night I said I could stop by in an hour. She said they were busy until 6:30 but still made the appointment for me. When I went in, there were Already four customers being waited on and the place closed at seven. needless to say I was waiting at least twenty min before I was seen and they sat one of their «regulars» who had come in after me, even though I had come in first and had an appointment. Granted they still saw me but seemed a bit odd they had me come in so late knowing that they had so many customers and when the closing time was. I got a set of acrylic nails and wanted them almond shaped, which I said to the lady but think that due to the language barrier, that this was a bit lost on her since they still came out pretty square. Also, I think that she was rushing because of the time, and some of my nails came out slightly lopsided. They look nothing like the other pictures that other people have posted for Kathy’s nails, but I noticed that most of those pictures were posted by mainly one user who is also named «Kathy» coincidence? As for being able to tip with my debit card, as someone else had mentioned, this was not the case and then I felt guilty for not being able to tip and that I only had my card on me.
Maybe if I came at a different time, it would’ve been better but in my defense it would’ve been nice to have the receptionist tell me they were busy and to come in when they had more availability. Needless to say, I wasn’t very impressed but my nails came out alright.

I love this place. They are extremely friendly and do a very good job on our nails. We got the gel nails, my mom got a normal pink color and while she was a little slow, (it didn’t really matter) she did a perfect job! I got a french gel and it’s also perfect! They also are a bit more cheaper than others, which surprise me because they do actually a better job.
The place is clean, has a ton of colors to choose from, (Gel or regular) and extremely friendly! I think i’m now stuck on this place from how well they did and how friendly they are. Normally when we go to nail salons they aren’t really as nice as they are here. The only thing I would say would be that they are a tad bit slow. Yet, that doesn’t really effect me since I would want them to take their time so they don’t mess up!
Also, they let you put your tip on your debit card.
