Love it here! Only been here 2 weeks and everyone is so friendly and motivational. Definitely worth the money… so much better than Planet Fitness, here you have a bunch of people that are guiding you and encouraging you throughout your workout. Even though you are paying the extra dough, if you are looking for a place to lose weight and get fit, this is the spot!!!
Just want to add that there is 1 shower there and a bathroom! Very cute… Also, has a little babysitting room and a yoga room… both very nice!!!

Are you new to crossfit? Don’t let that stop you from coming here, I came as a complete novice and cannot recommend my experience at this box highly enough. Mike is everything you could want in a coach; friendly, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and (most importantly to me) not at all condescending or patronizing. The members here are at varying levels in their fitness journey and have been welcoming and encouraging as well. You’ll love it!

Great owners, trainers, and people to train with. Only been going there a week and already feel at home. If your curious about trying it I’d say give it a shot! Plan on working hard though!
