Appointment making has been drastically improved! They are obviously taking steps in the right direction, only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because at my latest appointment I was under the impression I was going to be getting my cleaning that same visit but it was only an exam appointment. Not the staff’s fault, mainly a miscommunication with the call center who makes the appointments. Dr. Vo is absolutely a sweetheart and the dental assistants are always very cheery and fun. Thanks Willamette!

I would love to give Willamette Dental 10 stars if I could! Since July, Dr. Vo has fixed the broken tooth, I have had an extensive cleaning, AND had impressions made for both top and bottom partials. I had to have both of my upper front teeth extracted for the upper partial, and I was sent to Dr. Kuxhausen from the Tacoma office. I went in on October 3^rd for a consultation with him, and was told that the partial was ready, and that I just needed the appointment to have the teeth extracted. Much to my surprise, there was an appointment the very next day!
The procedure itself took less than an hour, and he put the partial in immediately. His assistants are the nicest people as well, and they explain EVERYTHING in detail.
Dr. Vo personally called me at home to find out if everything was okay and if I was doing good. The fact that she cared enough to call me on a Friday night to ask if I was okay was proof that old-​fashioned customer service is still alive and well.
I received top-​notch care with Willamette, and would recommend them to ANYONE.
