Customer service is definitely lacking 50% of the time. The girl that’s normally there acts as if she doesn’t want to be there but forces herself to talk to the people who walk through the door. The other girl that works there though(& I’ve only seen her a handful of times) is super friendly, bubbly personality & has a smile on her face. I only go here to make deposits for USAA, but it’s usually on a weekly basis. I’ve never had a negative experience but they don’t «wow» me by any means. You’d think that with someone you see on a regular basis you’d become a little more friendly towards, but that’s not the case.
