Absolutely THE WORST customer service! 3 strikes you’re out ladies…
Unless you are apart of the 65 plus crowd they make you feel like you have no business being in their store. I felt like the new kid walking into a nest of mean girls.
I went in today against my better judgement based on previous experiences on behalf of another person who was looking for fabric to complete a quilt her mother started (her mother passed away) only to ONCE AGAIN be treated like crap.
Prior to today’s visit I had gone in seeking help and advice for my daughter and I thinking this was where I would find a professional. pfft NOT. I’ve never been made to feel so out of place and uncomfortable, it was awkward.
Aside from the HORRIBLE customer service the store seemed clean but then i didn’t make it as far as the front counter.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They virtually have any fabric I could use, their book selection is great and if they don’t have a specific title, they’ll get it for you. There notions are numerable and they usually have what ever I need or they will get it soon! I feel the gals who work there are always helpful and friendly, they will always try and help over the phone and if the person you’re talking to can’t help, they will try to get someone else who can! Thumbs up!

I thought this place was cute and well-​stocked. Tons of prints to choose from and not astronomical pricing, which is good. I will definitely go back when I’m looking for a some Moda or Riley Blake prints.

This store is large and organized. I love the selection of fabrics that they offer. There are a lot of batiks and bright florals that I love to quilt with.

I use this store when I need fabrics in a pinch and some other notions that I can’t get at Joann’s. For me personally, the fabric selection is very limited as much of what they carry is more traditional than I care for. Fabric selection for children is pretty good, though the customer service always leaves a lot to be desired.

Seriously great fabric selection and far less than optimal customer service!

This quilt shop has a GINORMOUS (huge, beyond huge) selection of fabric, books, kits, notions, thread and classes. The owner, Pam, is very knowledgable in virtually all areas of quilting – and as a teacher, she is very determined you learn how to do a new technique well while also showing you shortcuts that work. The largest selection of batiks I have ever seen. Several block of the month classes. Her staff is also very friendly and helpful – and so enthusiastic. This is a big shop – she has over 10,000 bolts of fabric!!!
