I love this Taco Bell! My family and I come here all the time. Friendly staff and great food!

It’s tiny! The restaurant. But I’ve been here several times and it’s great. I’ve never had a problem with my order or the service. I’d suggest using the drive thru as it’s just easier.
The restaurant was clean, just small as it’s attached to the gas station store.

Great customer service! Awesome friendly staff, never had an issue on this drive thru, never had attitude issues either, always get my order correct too.
Is never crowded and service is defibetally fast and delish.

So, I just completed my long walk for the week which is 6 miles and I go to this Taco Bell about a block from my apartment. As usual I order more than my fat ass should: one XXL steak taco combo with comes with a drink and a soft beef taco, and an XXL beef nachos. While I’m eating there’s this homeless guy who I’ve seen around the mall and outside the Safeway. In fact I had just saw the brother during my walk before I ended up in Taco Bell for Easter Supper.
Well, I’m finding I ordered to much food, and outside the windows of the restaurant the homeless brother is pacing and looking in the windows, then he just comes in the building and what I observed next was an Easter message of Christian service that I’ve never experienced. Just as the homeless guy shows up, the female shift manager for this Taco Bell greets him and asks him to sit down and they sit and she visits with him for a while. During this time the rest of the staff greets the man. I couldn’t help listening to their conversations because he sat right next to me at the table behind me.
Clearly the homeless gentleman presented himself with some psychological deficits, because he repeated himself often and stuttered as he spoke. He also has a broken Left wrist and his cast isn’t as clean as it should be, I could actually smell an odor as I sat by eating. But, heck I’m a medical professional! I can eat through some gross situations. One of the staff ask the man if he likes burritos and something to drink? He says yes, and about 5 minutes later nicely wrapped on a tray they present to him a XXL burrito and a drink. He told them he couldn’t pay and they just told him to enjoy and eat. They then left him on his own to eat.
I actually sat with awe and amazement how sweet and concerned the entire Taco Bell staff were to the man and they treated him like a VIP. The funny thing is I could go to any Taco Bell in the area, but I choose to go to this one because they are always so friendly and always make you feel welcome.
Yeah, I know. This is fast food and it’s no good for us. Well, for this homeless dude it was possibly his only meal of the day. For him the burrito they fed him was his Easter meal. People can talk all they want and I’ve been to higher end restaurants in Puyallup and have been treated like my money wasn’t good enough. I’d rather eat at this Taco Bell where they treat everyone with respect, than eat and spend my money at higher end restaurant that some how makes me feel like I have to earn their service and food.
In closing, I had all this leftover food and as I get up I as this man who is homeless if he wouldn’t mind helping finish this food instead of me throwing it away. At first he say’s no, then as I walk to the trash he says, «Hey brother, if you’re really gonna just throw that food away, please hand it here.», and I did.
I highly recommend this Taco Bell for a sit down and eat.

I have visited this location several times over the past few years and have always experienced happy, friendly staff. This would be enough to make me go a little out of my way. Luckily, I don’t have to!
Food is good and fast. And it keeps the kids happy. :-)

Excellent customer service. Better than some expensive restaurants that I’ve been to. Who ever runs this location defiantly knows what their doing. Thanks the the amazing experience. Especially from fast food

Its fast food Mexican, so that should tell you something.
They have this fresca menu, where you can buy healthier burritos and tacos. The Fresca bean burrito at 99 cents is a pretty good deal.
