I’ve been thinking about doing this for a while and after reading all the great reviews I decided to go here. I’m so happy I did! Betty Lou is awesome. She really makes the experience way better and less awkward lol. She showed me everything and told me the whole process before hand as well as the after care in detail! Getting sugared for the first time definitely hurt but Betty Lou was so great and we had a few laughs. Who would have thought you’d laugh during a process like that! I will be recommending this place and Betty Lou everytime it comes up!

Just follow the instructions they text you and all will go great. Very nice, clean, respectful place. I’m hooked!

OK, sugaring HURTS when it’s been awhile and you’ve got a thriving jungle «down there.» More painful than waxing, at least the first time per Melissa. However: lasts longer, all natural, only yanks hair, not skin, less chance of ingrowns/​infections — sugaring has its attributes. And Melissa is a peach. Patient, yet decisive; funny and sweet; genuine and determined. Lol. I felt like I was being a baby but she assured me my reaction was normal. Today idk if I’d do it again bc omg it smarts but the results are highly impressive so ask again in a month or two.

Betty and Melissa are awesome at what they do. I’ve tried waxing before and I have to say sugaring is so much better. Clean, professional and friendly service.

I’ve been wanting to get «sugared» for awhile now and I’m glad I finally decided to schedule my appointment with Betty. Considering the fact that I never gotten waxed or anything like that, I was a bit nervous and didnt know what to expect.
Betty made the experience pleasant and assured me that everything would be fine. She explained the whole entire process, what to expect, and what I needed to do while being sugared. She also went into detail about the after care process, what I need to do and what not to do. I can honestly say I had a very nice experience considering the fact ;) I love how she takes so much pride in her work. She was very meticulous and made sure that each strand of hair was out. Not to mention a friendly and easy going person.
If you’ve never been sugared before, I highly recommend going here. Betty is top notch and she knows exactly what shes doing. I mean, if you’re getting hair pulled from your lady parts you want to make sure they know what the heck they’re doing right?

This is the best place I believe everyone should go to to get sugared! I have been getting sugared by Melissa and she does a fantastic job! Never misses a hair and very informative, she helps you feel in charge when she’s sugaring, doesn’t speed through it. I wish I could go again for my next session… But I’m moving to another country. I recommend Sugar Cookie to any one who wants a fantastic sugaring for a great affordable price.

It’s strange but I actually look forward to getting my Brazilian every month. Betty Lou and Melissa are so great at what they do. It doesn’t hurt as bad as I expected and it stays smooth for weeks. I was so nervous the first time I went in but Betty Lou is so easy going and funny that I got over my nerves as soon as I met her.

I went here after a referral and I couldn’t be more impressed. Melissa is awesome. I had a Brazilian and my underarms waxed. She was so sweet and most importantly, fast! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Men — make an appointment!!! Betty is simply amazing! I was nervous, okay scared, but she made me feel at ease. Her running one-​liners, jokes, and zingers were great. She taught me quite a bit about the hair growth process and that helped keep me at ease as well.
I will say this, the results are better than I thought possible. I feel cleaner and comfortable. Well worth the time and money. I have two visits thus far and am scheduled next month already.

Absolutely recommend this place! I have never had any form of sugaring done, but after my experience at Sugar Cookie, I’m never returning to wax. Coming from being a waxer myself, it is very rare you let just anyone wax you, let alone trying something other than wax. And to say the least I’m so glad I did. Betty the owner is a Esthetician herself and was super nice, booked me on short notice and totally helped me prepare for my appointment. Then, Melissa the esthetician who waxed me, did the most amazing job. So gentle and knowledgable and totally got every hair! (Very unlikely at wax salons) I’m proud to announce that I have found my new hair removal home. It’s quick and easy with no sticky mess at the end:)

This place is awesome! Highly recommend it. They are very clean and professional but make you feel very comfortable at the same time. You can even watch a movie while getting waxed! I will send all of my friends here. Both Betty and Melissa rock.

Melissa was amazing!!! I’d had a horrific experience with waxing my first time (at a different establishment) and was hesitant to try again but sugaring is so much better! I was cheerfully greeted by Betty (I think she’s the owner) and Melissa and they walked me through the procedure. Melissa was kind, professional (she checked several times to make sure she got every hair as well as making sure I was comfortable), and funny; she made my experience very relaxing and informative (I asked a lot of questions). I will be back for sure and will spread the word to my friends!

I’ve been getting Brazilian waxes for over 10 years at various locations in multiple cities (including NYC), and Betty is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. This isn’t just a random salon where the owner took a couple classes on sugaring/​waxing and opened shop. Betty knows her job inside out. She is also super sweet, really funny and very cool.
I’ve been a regular customer for almost a year, and have no intention of going elsewhere.
I highly, highly recommend you try this salon.

**If you’ve never been sugared/​waxed before: it is going to hurt. A lot. But if you go to someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing, it is going to hurt a whole lot more than if you go here!

This was a great experience for me, as least as far as hair being pulled from my lady parts is concerned ;) I got a Brazilian Sugar from Melissa, who was thorough and super awesome, very friendly. For my first time they even hooked me up with a free pair of exfoliating gloves, some extra soothing gel to apply later, and some info on aftercare. I’ll be going back for sure!

I’m converted! Had my first Brazilian sugar experience with Melissa and couldn’t be happier. She’s awesome comforting and the bomb. It came out great hurt like hell but was well worth it. Made my follow up appointment already and can’t wait to be back! Bye bye wax, it’s sugar all the way! :)

First visit to the Spa to try sugaring. Was lucky to get squeezed in for an app on short notice. Excellent customer service with a great easy going attitude. Cleanliness is impeccable. Made me feel relaxed and best of all was an amazing attention to detail which shows they take pride in their work. Location is good for truck drivers. Would definetely recommend to others and a stopping point when I an in the locale.

Great service and Betty does an amazing job and she is always pleasant and professional. Finally, someone got it right, I went to two other spas in Puyallup and let’s just say I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. On a good note I am a repeat customer of Sugar Cookie Spa and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to Sugar Cookie Spa shortly after she opened. I’ve had nothing but Wonderful Experiences there I would not ever go anywhere else. When she went on vacation & she recommended a couple other places but I chose to wait for her to come back.
Betty has been nothing but generous, hard working and very caring to her clients. She sends out text msg reminders, if u forget ur appt that’s ur problem n loss, be considerate give a call or text. She will do her best to get u back in asap. There is only one of Betty she can only do so much in a day.
She has the best customer service I’ve had anywhere else!!!

I’ve been sugared by 3 different people, but thank goodness I found Sugar Cookie Spa here on Unilocal cause Betty will definitely be the last!!!:) She’s so sweet and inviting, you know immediately you’ll be taken care of as soon as you walk through her doors. I’ve been getting sugared for a couple years now, and this has definitely been my best experience. She’s quick, professional, her prices are super reasonable, her office is immaculate, she’s close to home, and best of all for me it was practically painless (I have a high pain tolerance:) So for you it might sting a little. lol) I have a lot of friends I will be sending her way, even though I selfishly want to keep her a secret:)
